By booking Mount Up Media services at the 2026 AAU Girls Nationals, you (the parent/guardian of the athlete) grant Mount Up Media the right to photograph and record video of the athlete during the tournament.
You authorize Mount Up Media to:
The athlete's image, name, likeness, and athletic performance may appear in the final deliverables. You are granting consent for the athlete's appearance in professional media.
Mount Up Media retains ownership of the photographs and video footage. You receive a license to use the deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the media without written permission.
Mount Up Media will use professional care in capturing and editing footage, but is not liable for missed shots, weather impacts, or other circumstances outside our control. Deliverables are provided as-is within the timeframe specified in your booking.
